In May 2009 it was anounced that a new album was on the horizon, later titled 'Playback', scheduelled for release on Monday 14th September 2009. The album was the vission of the the future of OLM-Remix and would shape the new image and sound forever. The album was described as the most "thrilling and exciting album to date" by OLM-Remix. OR-First previewed the album on a selection of 6 of the tracks recieving positive ratings.
The first single to come from the album was Leona Lewis's 'Bleeding Love' re-titled 'OLM's Operation: Anthem Mix'. The single would be released on Monday 31st August 2009 with a new b-side 'Forgive Me'. The MAXI CD would contain the Video Mix which was deemed better than the Radio Edit. The video was premiered on the OLM-Remix YouTube channel in July 2009 which has so far recieved positive views.
On the 21st September 2009 the chart position was anounced on OLM-Remix Official. OLM-Remixes 3rd album, had hit the top spot with 35 downloads in just one week it beat of 'Dust 2 Gold's first-week-downloads by miles. 'Playback' was granted the title of 'Most downloaded release in it's first week of release'.
